At Cafecito Time, we want you to enjoy every cup. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
We do not accept returns of coffee products.
For safety and freshness reasons, coffee cannot be returned once it leaves our roaster.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
If the wrong item or grind was sent:
We’ll send the correct item quickly at no cost to you.
If your package is missing, stolen, or marked delivered but not received:
Contact us and we’ll help review the issue.
In most cases, we will offer a replacement to ensure you are taken care of.
If incorrect information was entered at checkout (such as wrong address):
We can resend the order, but the customer is responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
