Order Processing

All Cafecito Time orders are roasted fresh and prepared specifically for each customer.
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Once your order enters our system, it is placed in our roasting queue for the next available roast day. This ensures you always receive the freshest coffee possible.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Freshness Promise

Because each bag of coffee is custom roasted and packaged after your order is placed, delivery times may vary slightly based on roast scheduling and carrier pickup times. Freshness takes a little time — but it’s worth the wait.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at support@cafecitotime.us
We can only modify orders that have not yet begun processing.
